Shhhh don't tell anyone but.....no game needs Ray-Tracing to look great.

There is nothing great about Metal Gear Solid Delta besides it's gameplay, which is based on the PS2 game. This game doesn't even look as good as a lot of PS4 games and the last time I saw simple dust particles tank a frame rate this much was on the Nintendo 64. Disgraceful.

Played the Lost Soul Aside Demo on PC, and it's VERY meh. Game feels like a low budget Final Fantasy XV rip-off on art design, and a low tier DMC/FFXVI in combat. Not worth $60 bucks, wait for a sale or skip. Plenty of other games coming that will push this...um...aside.

Let's be real, anything that is dropping below 30fps during gameplay should never be considered "great" in 2025. I'd say Elden Ring on Switch 2 in Docked Mode here runs ok most of time at 30fps but it's still dropping frames and needs optimization.

Best kept secret, but at the same time extremely expected for a Nintendo Direct in September. However, make so mistake, this is going to be an extremely important Direct for Switch 2. Everyone should be watching.

Honestly, I'm a little confused as to what Capcom was thinking here. The Switch 1 was basically on a PS2 level in terms of All-Time best selling consoles in gaming history, a sequel to that (Switch 2) was going to be selling like gangbusters on day 1.....and yep, it sure has.

The reason people ignored this is because blowing on the cart connectors "seemed" to work at the time for NES/SNES/N64, but looking back and researching, it did in fact NOT work lol. All placebo effect. Inserting the cart in/out of the console connector pins is what worked.

Forsaken is a great N64 game, developed by Iguana Entertainment (Turok 1 and 2), and was basically a different take on the "Descent" format gameplay that was popular on PC in the mid to late 90s with Six-Degrees of Freedom for full movement in any direction within a 3D space.

Resolution patch coming for Shinobi: Art of Vengeance on Switch, which is great news. The low resolution of the Switch port makes it look unnecessarily pixelated on Switch 2 in B/C on a 4K display which distorts the awesome art design and no other platform has this issue.

Honestly, Resident Evil Requiem should be coming to Switch 2 rumor or no rumor. I'd expect it.
