📣Exciting news from #SOILS4MED in Lebanon 🇱🇧! The Lebanese Agricultural Research Institute (LARI), a prominent research institute on agriculture and soil & project partner, has expressed interest in co-developing and hosting the #𝗦𝗢𝗜𝗟𝗦𝟰𝗠𝗘𝗗 Soil Information Systems!

Following Lebanon, Morocco is the second partner country to identify an organization to host and run the #𝗦𝗢𝗜𝗟𝗦𝟰𝗠𝗘𝗗 𝗦𝗼𝗶𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺. INRA Maroc, a national research org focused on Agriculture & natural resources, is eager to host the tool.

Jordan is the third country partner to identify an organization to host and run the #SOILS4MED Soil Information System. The tool will be hosted by National Agricultural Research Center, a distinguished agricultural research center focused on the optimal use of natural resources for sustainable development🌱

👥More about our participatory knowledge co-creation workshop in Egypt, held in February. Participants discussed identifying and classifying the barriers and opportunities related to the use of soil data and information, as well as the reasons for the limited use of this data.
