Interviewed a candidate today and she said something so simple, yet so powerful: “One of the most effective things a teacher can do is provide strong Tier 1 instruction and build strong relationships with kids while also enjoying your job.”

Got to experience this amazing moment as both a mom and an educator, which made it even more special. 💛 Thank you, Sandy Connors, for being such a gifted teacher and truly amazing human. ☀️
