I completed a Fino 5k this morning (wasn’t ready for a race yet)…4 years of running a 5k on Thanksgiving. Wasn’t a good looking time, but glad I got it done (3 months after having my baby girl).

It important to tell Ss not to give up! It takes many stepping blocks to get to your goal. It is my job to model that! Today I am on step 2…. But three and four might take longer and THAT IS OKAY!!

May is Brain Tumor Awareness month! Wear your grey!!

May 18th is the SMS Softball Go Gray In May Game. We are raising awareness for Brain Tumors. New Milford has been hosting a Grey Game since 2008 when my father was diagnosed. He was able to attended the game in 2014, just two weeks before he passed. #gograyinmay
