What moment made you realise how important first aid is?

Our #StJohnPeople have been volunteering at Bristol International Balloon Fiesta over the last 4 days. We had the privilege of welcoming colleagues from out of District, international colleagues from Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V., and worked as part of a multi-agency team. Thank you to our volunteers! 🌟

Last weekend, two of our cyclists were put through their paces, attending the Emergency Services Patrol cyclists Advanced course. 2 full on days, with around 12 hours cycling, honing current skills and learning others. I'm pleased to say, they both passed.
