Our practitioner Ali Beswick rocked out to Bon Jovi whilst making tea. Oreo (👇) took cover in his carrier... no animals were harmed by Ali's 'tuneful' 🙄voice...
Who doesn't love singing along to a good old ballad, rock or pop song?! (other genres are available).
Engage your vocal chords & awaken your lungs; sing along to your favourite songs at any opportunity you get today. Singing in tune is optional😂

Stress and anxiety are terms that are often used interchangeably. This is not surprising, because the physical response to both feels the same. The good news? 🥳 psychological treatment for both conditions is similar and effective.
