We are starting our day by finding out about the farm’s heritage and all that grows at the farm. The children have identified that were are exploring an arable farm.

There are lots of beautiful parts of Kenyon Hall Farm!

We met some cows in a neighbouring farm!

We have learnt about how the covered crops get their water.

We’ve also met some chickens.

This morning, we have explored the 5Ks of Sikhism and looked at some important Sikh Artefacts.

The children were very interested in the Harmander Sahib- The Golden Temple made of pure gold!

After exploring the French culture this morning, the children have sampled some French cuisine 🇫🇷 🥖

Passports at the ready, we headed over to the World Map to explore where in the world France is.

The children are researching the different human and physical features that can be found in France.

We have learnt a variety of basic phrases and attempted to have short conversations with each other in French.

This afternoon, we have explored the colour wheel and tested how the primary colours can be mixed to create the secondary colours🎨🖌️
