SFHOT continues to distribute supplies for our unsheltered neighbors during this cold weather. The team is distributing supplies and connecting people to Interfaith Winter Shelter at St. Mark's Lutheran 1111 O’Farrell Street. Self Referrals are accepted.

The SF Homeless Outreach Team (HOT) is activating wet + cold weather protocols as rain is expected throughout the day. SFHOT will increase wellness checks, inform clients of weather and shelter information and distribute wet + cold weather supplies such as ponchos and blankets.
