Today I spoke to allies around the world at International #Transport Forum 🌎 about how we can make public transport, cycling and walking safer for women and girls. We want to see timetables and real time data available for all transport modes and clean and well-lit bus and train stations.

Single bus fares in the North East are to be capped at £2 for the winter, in line with a national ‘Help for Households’ government promotion to encourage people back on to public transport and help with cost of living pressures. 3/3
