First time competing at Region in mixed Tag Rugby and mixed Netball yesterday. Great to see the cadets playing so well. Our results are in: Junior Tag Rugby - 1st Junior Netball - 2nd Senior Netball - 2nd Senior Tag Rugby - 4th

A weekend full of courses. Our adult volunteers were attending the Pre-Uniform Course and 24 of our cadets were on either the Advanced NCO course or Cadet Drill Course.

The Wing Conference is on its way, bring the adult volunteers together to give important updates about the RAFAC.

Twelve of our adult volunteers and staff cadets attended the St John Activity First Aid course this weekend. This course trains the volunteers in a wide range of first aid skills, ready for use with our cadets.

Our first Bronze Leadership Train the Trainer Course happened this Saturday. This trained 13 volunteers in how to deliver Bronze Leadership, and to help standardise the award.

Today we have received the greatest honour, on King Charles 75th Birthday. Becoming one of the first The King's Award recipients (equivalent to an MBE). We are extremely honoured & proud to receive this amazing award in our 80th Anniversary year. Thank you #KAVS2023
