My wife Betty & I join the Nation in mourning the loss of former First Lady Rosalynn Carter, a tireless public servant, Navy spouse & sponsor of USS Jimmy Carter. On behalf of our U.S. Navy-U.S. Marines team, we send our condolences to the Carter family for the loss of their matriarch.
