An entire block in Deptford has been served #section21 eviction notices. The #landlord said the notices were issued to “facilitate the refurbishment” of the building, which was recently refurbished in 2017. I visited tenants today to ask what this means for them 🔗

This so awful, it’s unbelievable that a company would even think to do this, but to carry it out in such a manner right before Christmas.
