SB 4 has been signed into law! Thank you to Governor Gavin Newsom for signing this bill, every legislator who voted, and the leaders who helped us reach this point. This law will expedite affordable housing development on lands owned by religious institutions and nonprofit colleges.

For this year's get-out-the-vote efforts, we hired 8 phonebankers, who dedicated 384 hours total. Together, they made 1,266 phone bank contacts & received 1,138 voting commitments. We are proud of our hardworking team dedicated to turning out low-frequency and infrequent voters!
