Stride length is of high importance when trying to “teach” someone speed! Wicket drills are my go to for improving this skill! Then as always measure your speed ⚡️⚡️⚡️ Had two guys hit a 1.09 flying 10 yard which equates to 18 MPH! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
