Students had fun being detectives and identifying body cues to recognize feelings. They also guessed why the characters felt that way.

Today my scholars and I explored our feeling about school. It is extremely important to check in with kids often about their feelings. What better way than through fun with art.

Excited to learn from so many knowledgeable school counselors these two days.

School counselors and teachers are better together. I have the best teachers at Ponderosa Pride. Sad I didn’t get a picture with each and every one of them but I appreciate them and their dedication to scholars.

We need to keep moving in the right direction to get appropriate services for students. Equity matters. Quality services are important. Connections can only happen when we can actually reach our caseload.
