Thanks to Edgewater Development in Saskatoon for having our advisors out to their annual breakfast. About 50 people gathered, taking in our ladder and back safety demonstrations, plus a brief Q&A with some SCSA swag giveaways. Keep climbing safe and lifting right.

This #WorldMentalHealthDay, we emphasize a safe site isn’t just about physical safety; it’s also about supporting each other’s mental health. Let’s create an environment where everyone feels valued and heard. It’s okay to ask for help, it's okay to take some time for yourself.

The next finalist for Corporate Leadership is CandorBuild. Over the past year, they recorded zero injuries and zero lost-time incidents, while the company grew by more than 30 percent. Growth and safety are not competing priorities, they advance together. Congrats and thanks!

Another day, another site. Even with the weather a little cooler, the SCSA Advisors are out making sure people know the risks of workplace hazards and why PPE is critical.
