25 years ago, I started as an idealistic teacher in LAUSD. After moving miles away, I am now back coaching school leaders where I began, with same belief that every child is worthy of opportunity, rigorous instruction, and belonging and that our schools can and will provide that.

Principal Bogan received a badge in providing actionable feedback. In addition to her amazing work in Data Driven Instruction, she’s committed to guiding her teachers and teacher leaders toward success by modeling a growth mindset and providing clear and consistent feedback!
