The annual SAPD Police Memorial Ceremony was held earlier this morning, honoring the San Antonio Police Officers that have lost their lives in the line of duty. We will never forget those who have given the ultimate sacrifice in protecting our our city. 💛💙

Today, SAPD’s Helicopter Unit honored fallen #SAPD Officer Robert Deckard by memorializing him through a helicopter dedication. The tradition continues of honoring the lives of fallen SAPD officers by placing their badge number and initials, on the tail of a new helicopter. 💙
