We put La Antorcha de la Amistad (The Torch of Friendship) on the San Antonio Report Union 🌊 logo for a reason. To me, it symbolizes the unique, collaborative culture of the nonprofit San Antonio Report — which ✍️📸journalists, editors, business team and management have worked together to establish

We want this unionization and collective bargaining process to be quick, collaborative and positive — that would buck the stereotype for how this normally plays out. But I think San Antonio Report and San Antonio Report Union 🌊 can do it. It’s 2024. Let’s set a new example. In y’allidarity! 🌊🌊🌊
