Earlier this year as a PhD representative at TCD I was involved in drafting a new policy for PhD maternity leave.

Despite our insistence that paid maternity leave be introduced for Trinity funded PhDs who work for the university, this was blocked by dean.

This award is a sham.

Our TCD Students' Union 🇵🇸🏳️‍🌈 letter to the editor this morning. The government has no solutions. The Rent-A-Room scheme is typical of the blind trust in market forces that the coalition espouses, gives too much power to landlords and drives up rents. We will remember this come election time.
