♀️ considers breastfeeding - HCPs & BF counsellors tell her to avoid medicines, alcohol, caffeine. Safety of👶is paramount.
♂️ breastfeeding - sod all of that! What a chance for gender affirmation and selfies. Welfare of👶and bio mum sidelined. Appalling and indefensible.
