Last week I had the unique opportunity to to put one of my old threads into practice thanks to @t_zombro24

By changing the seam orientation on Zack Kelly’s changeup, we were able to kill a tremendous amount of VB with no intervention to his release.

A lot of time is spent talking about good fastballs, and a lot of training economy is used trying to develop them. I want to highlight a couple guys who have productive fastballs and some pitfalls into fastball pitch design.
