Update to my Google map of Royals Sussex Regiment graves. All the cemeteries in the Ypres area visited and photographed. google.com/maps/d/u/0/vie… Have to start planning another trip out to cover the Bethune/Armentieres/Arras area

25th September 1915 the Battle of Loos commenced which would carry on into October, we remember the men of both the 2nd & 9th Battalions who fell during this battle and whose names are inscribed on The Loos memorial and those that are buried in the surrounding cemeteries.

Last visit of the day was Ladywell cemetery which is joined to Brockley cemetery. The screen wall commemorates G/18548 Pte H J Beasley. Whilst hidden deeper in the cemetery is the grave to 202627 Pte G S Rossiter
