Can anyone recommend a sprinkle over souce. Best one I ever found was Dave’s Insanity “Spice”. But can’t even find a picture of that on google 🤷 Psycho spice is great too but I’ve run out 😬 I want something to sprinkle on pasta type meals. I do NOT want a runny sauce.

You do not need loads of ingredients to make a nice pasta sauce. This is my ingredients for spaghetti meatballs. Four portions. Secret ingredient is nutmeg (essential in a good rich sauce) and FFS, use good quality tinned tomatoes. White stuff is minced fresh garlic and onion.

Life hack We’re away for two nights on a brilliant hotel deal in Ireland. 2 nights, with full Irish breakfast for €120 total. So, expensive hotel drinks or nip over the border into Northern Ireland and stock up the powered cool box for an in room, low cost party? 🤷🥳

Just had a full Irish in our €60 a night (including breakfast) brilliant hotel up in County Donegal. Devastated at the schoolboy error of no black or white pudding but this is quality produce. Even fresh thyme in the mushrooms and lovely hazelnut yoghurt 😋

This is our hotel room tea. Totally constructed, a lot of it half price poor shelf, from the supermarket next door. About €11 total. Can you beat that? (There’s an avacado in there too but it’s under stuff 🤣). Recap… been on the piss all day.. wanted tea in our room 🤷

I’m 63 in a couple of months and I’m happy to rock these £25 TKmaxx jeans. Actually turned out they’re fecking Ralph Loren Polo things, I had no idea when they caught my eye on the red ticket, poor rail! Too old for them?
