Instead, enjoying some laughs with my wife while we wait

Morning movement fuels my soul

I wake up
Drink 16-32oz of water
Eat something that will fuel my workout - today dried mango slices
Then crush the gym

On days like this I have
•More time
•More energy
•Better attitude

Whatever you do, do it consistently

I always think

If I have the energy to serve at work

I have to have the energy to serve at home
