Revisiting chapters I wrote in 2020 is a real treat. Proud of how far my writing has come, but also my ability to think through and then define bigger historiographical and methodological problems.

The biggest shout to my doctoral advisor, Dr. Pamela Swett. She is the model mentor and teacher - letting me make mistakes along the way and grow. She also patiently tempered my flair for the dramatic when I felt stuck or frustrated, always offering sound advice. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🥳🎉
