This week Steelers Read & React will be discussing what big takeways jumped out at us from the first preseason game. Pittsburgh might have found a gem in the 5th round

TBH I don't think this a story or distraction unless we get to Sept. 1 w/o a resolution. Cam participated early and clearly is healthy/in shape. He also was going to play zero snaps in the preseason as a 14-year vet. Steelers also have a TON of cap space to meet his request.

Steelers 5th-round rookie Yahya Black (78) was drafted to stop the run, but he showed promise as a pash rusher in limited snaps during the first week of the preseason. Going against backups here, but if he can move starting OL like this, he's gonna have a bright future.

Steelers RT Troy Fautanu is someone the Steelers need to play well if they are gonna to make a playoff run. Had several matchups against former No. 1 pick Travon Walker (44), who has had 20.5 sacks over the past 2 seasons. Early results are encouraging for the redshirt rookie

They don't have NCAA teams. I'm curious if Oregon football would have given me a better score (always in the mix, top recruits, usually ranked going into the season) or a worse one (no championships, constant choking in the playoffs).

It's 1 PRE game. He was hit behind the line of scrimmage on 4 of 8 handoffs. On those he gained: 1, -3, 2 (for FD) (offset PEN, hit -4 but got to -2, didn't count), 0 on 4D. When he wasn't hit behind the line: 4 (FD), 7, 4, 5 1-2 targets & had 2nd rec wiped by PEN RELAX

Love Denzel, but this is him crossing the Rubicon into Old Headom. The "can't talk about it unless you did it," rhetoric is always incredibly funny from an actor tho. Wonder which media personality pissed him off lol

Nearly tweeted this a few other times this game already, but Cole Young is so fkin good. If he can keep playing like this in the 9-hole, this M's team can be so nasty
