Today was tempo intervals 10 min warm up 4 min tempo, 2 min zone 2, 1 min walk x4 I can tell my conditioning is not in a great place yet😅 but another run ticked off!

Yesterday was a steady 45 min run Was supposed to be a bit lower in the heart rate zone but the first almost half of the run was a large hill Oh well. Got er done. Will be running 2 hours on Sunday (still waiting for my running vest to come in the mail)

2 hour run ✅ 28 min run, 2 min walk x4 This was going to be a test and I felt GREAT throughout HR didn’t even touch 160 until I got to a big hill in the last quarter Also my first run in training using carb gel Pleased with the progress, next week half marathon!

Had a 2 part leg session yesterday Push day today Osprey has fucked up my running vest order 2x now so I won’t have it for the half marathon training session on Monday Oh well. Can’t do anything about. Lol

Yesterday was a half marathon trial run Practicing race nutrition, hydration, clothes etc. Felt awfully hard but we got it done💪🏼 Body is in shambles today so a sign that I definitely need to keep training more!

3 hours of running ✅ The longest run of my life, and 4 days after the 2nd longest run of my life Probably wasn’t the best idea But I got better today🙂 HR average was much lower than it has been so super pleased with that

I ran my first marathon 1 month ago Got 64th out of 67 runners with a time of 5hr 37min But it was never about the time for me, it was about doing something that scared me and seeing it through Which is one of the hardest, yet most fulfilling things you can do in your life
