💡 Every episode, we listen in as three young people discuss big life questions, hear advice and suggestions sent in from across the UK and pick one thing they’ve heard to try out in their everyday lives. And we follow their progress in audio diaries across the 8-part series.

💭 This is a podcast for young people, by young people, but helping to produce it also had an impact on my life. It encouraged me to try new things (trapeze anyone?!) and make some small changes I’ve been meaning to commit to for a while. And I’m still going with them.

Now the podcast is out there, I hope it also has a positive impact (however small) on you all that listen
