We're monitoring a pulsing storm in the Gulf that has shown some capabilities of producing a waterspout. It's about 30min away from the East End of Panama City Beach. We'll continue to monitor this storm's progress as it nears the coast.

Rain rates in the storms moving across Grand Lagoon, St. Andrew Bay, & into PC are upwards of 5.00"/hr. Not every cell in the batch of storms is as intense. However, the training nature of the storms onto the coast will lead toward several inches in a localized area.
