Our paper in AJC describing patient with pure aortic regurgitation who underwent SAVR at MedStar Washington - pure AR represented a small fraction of the overall SAVR patients. Patients were low risk and younger. SAVR yielded excellent short-term outcomes. sciencedirect.com/science/articl…
