Brison Abbott opens up his senior year the way he ended his junior year. DOMINATING. The BHS standout running back went for 146 yards on 13 carries and four touchdowns as the Drillers beat Edison on the road, 54-0. BHS very balanced on offense and defense with the shutout.

In the early top 25 rankings by CalPreps this weekend after Week 5 action, BHS Driller Football now highest non-TRAC program in the Central Section at No. 6. The 5-0 Drillers leap Liberty as top ranked in Kern heading into the bye week.
