Very disappointed at tuiuk care for it's customers 😕 After a wonderful platinum holiday......we have been stuck in Lanzarote airport for nearly 9 hours.....no shops or food outlets open....been advised by email we are being re-routed to Gatwick and then bused back to Cardiff 😡
