Despite how busy this time of year is with residency recruitment and application review, it is without a doubt my favorite time of the year. I’m loving these applications so far for our program and already can’t wait for Match Day. The candidates brought it this year!

Thank you email or handwritten thank you letter after PGY1 interviews? I personally don’t have a preference. Email is just fine with me. It’s 2022. Also don’t have to worry about it getting lost in the mail 🤷🏻‍♂️. Interested to hear thoughts though.
