On 1st November 2024, The Chairman of Rwanda Writers Federation Mr Richard Hategekimana will launch the book entitled: President Paul Kagame's Journey to Victory,The Legacy of Leadership. Discussions will be based on Promoting Kinyarwanda Books for the Efficiency of Knowledge Based Economy.
