After three days of peace talks led by U.S. Senior Advisor for Africa, I was honored to witness the initialing of the peace agreement text by the DRC and Rwanda delegations. This week’s talks built on momentum following the April 25 signing of the Declaration of Principles hosted by Secretary Marco Rubio.

At the U.S. Africa Business Summit in Angola, #RHPCL signed a LoI with .Anzana Electric Group (Formerly Virunga Power) to explore a strategic partnership on $760M #RuziziIII Project, a landmark PPP to power 30M+ people in 🇧🇮🇨🇩🇷🇼. #RuziziIII Holdings (A Private side in #RuziziIII Project ) signed a LoI with .Anzana Electric Group (Formerly Virunga Power) that would enable Anzana to acquire 10% in RuziziIII Project once the agreement is concluded.
