I regularly #GiveBlood with Give Blood NHS 🩸🩹. I've never considered it as an #occupation in my life before today, but doing it again today during #OTWeek2023 and reflecting further has made me realise it is. A reminder that #occupation is complex and to #KeepDonating.

Feeling #grateful to have attended The OT Show today. Loved seeing Derby OT folks past and present, people I know from twitter, some fab talks, learnt some new things, lots of food for thought, played with some lego, and acquired some freebies. All in all a grand day out. 😊
