Thanks Clinton M Hurdle for a great weekend Gardner-Webb and for the visit to mine and Karen's home. Proud to call you a Brother in Christ #HesEvenBetterInPersonThanOnTv
One of the true joys of coaching (and being an ex-coach), is being able to spend time with former players and their families. Of all the accomplishments of a coach, being able to impact players who go on to become great husbands and fathers ranks at the top. #WhatReallyMatters
My 18 year old middle son Cal and I were there in leftfield seats near the HR. Road tripped 8 hours up from NC and drove straight back all night to get him to school next morning. Greatest road trip ever! #LifelongMemory
Unbelievably proud if this former player of mine, not just for being a top AAA player, but for the kind of man he is. MLB will hear from Jeremy Walker again soon. #SevenBrotherhood
Water level finally low enough to wade to one of my favorite fishing rocks in middle of river. Caught 3 different fish- Bass, Sucker (Ugghh), and Catfish. Headed home. I shall return #SouthernBornAndSouthernBred
Privileged to share a message with Maiden High School coaches recently. They're not only winners on the field but also helping their players be better young people off the field. Best wishes to the Blue Devils this year! #LegacyIsNotSomethingULeave4PeopleItsSomethingULeaveInPeople
I can't imagine this not being a part of my Monday mornings. Thanks Jason Burke for inviting me into this group during CoVid #BrotherhoodOfBelievers
