We(I was there amongst the crowd) cleared the way for the ambulance by moving to the side, that guy thought he was smart and tried to follow the ambulance, people wouldn’t let him and it got heated.

Imagine throwing your life away and trying to murder people because they’ve told you that you can’t follow an ambulance down a closed road toward a massive crowd. Hope he never gets out of prison again.
