That’s why we need a place like Runnymede’s Centre of Excellence—a world-class venue dedicated to the unique needs of our women and men in uniform.

Last week, TPA President TPA President Jon Reid and VP Brian Callanan attended the Runnymede HC for a $9.6-million investment from the WSIB for Canada’s First Centre of Excellence for First Responders Experiencing Post-Traumatic Stress Injury.

On behalf of the TPA we'd like to thank Premier Doug Ford for making this happen and to Runnymede HC CEO, Connie Dejak for driving this project from its inception to today. We would also like to acknowledge WSIB President Jeff Lang for the $9.6-million dollar grant.

Our first responders keep us safe and healthy. This government intends to return the favour.
