Surprisingly, it wasn't cold, so it was a comfortable run!
NYに着いたら時差ボケ治すのにセントラルパークをランニング！
今は日本に帰ってきたけど、やっぱりまた眠れないので今からRUN！

今朝、何とか下がった、、、でも今日の横浜マラソンを棄権します💦身体中痛いし、、、残念すぎる😢

私、普段から風邪などひかないし、健康だけが取り柄でした。なのに、、😭

まずい、熱が下がらない。
昨日検査してとりあえずコロナでもインフルでもない。
なのに5日間くらい熱が出たり下がったり、、、

明後日の横浜、流石にもう無理か、、、悔しいなぁ、泣きそう😭

マジか💦日曜日に急に発熱🤒月曜日朝にとりあえず平熱に⇨お医者さんに。インフルでもコロナでもない。とりあえずよかった😮‍💨
でも喉が痛いし昨日仕事しててもなんか怠い。帰りにドラッグストアに行って、勧められるがままに購入。おーい‼️8000円超えたぞー😭
横浜、まであと6日😭必ず出てやる💪

But,I have to run more and more.Becouse,I participate YOKOHAMA marathon after two week later.

まずい、走れていない💦2週間後横浜マラソンなのに、、、でももうこの時期、やりすぎ注意。。。
