Last day in Australia after 5 exciting months at @EucFACE investigating the soil microbial response to phosphorus fertilization and elevated CO2. Very glad I got to be part of the first fertilization of an entire FACE experiment ! Looking forward for the results ! Western Sydney U - HIE

BIFOR FACE forest lab fully set up for soil extraction in order to measure in situ N depolymerisation rates in the forest soils ! Hoping this experiment will give us answer on the effect of eCO2 on amino acids availabilities in soils.

I shared some of my PhD findings from two FACE experiments today at the University of São Paulo in Piracicaba. Was great to talk isotopes, soil microbiomes and climate change.
