Gwyn Prescott Sianz This lovely and very classic poster print by Joe Bridge was first published in 1942 in this bleu / blanc / rouge design for FFR… after an initial print created for France v Māoris in 1926 (Print at NZ Rugby Museum… very very high on my Christmas list !!)

Rugby Memorabilia Society BlackheathRugby Barbarian FC tackler7 (R Lowther) Barbarians in London for 1st time since 1934-35 season when Blackheath were their opponents, 'The Club's' 75th year. Close connections between the clubs on the administrative and playing aides. Up to then Baa-Bas only had 4 Presidents in their history, three Blackheath men.

Star of the show Malcolm Campbell Thomas of Machen who scored 3 tries and one of the many players of the period who played cricket. Thomas made 4 apps for Cornwall in the 1951 Minor Counties Championship!
