Lots of feelings and frustrations this morning. Ultimately, I hope Niantic Pokémon GO sees the power of PVP to connect communities and fully empowers people (internal or external) to steer that ship.

As fun as the jokes and memes are, it’s important to remember that this isn’t accidental. Assuming incompetence lets Niantic off the hook. They made a very intentional point to neglect GBL and the significant subset of players who battle. We deserve to know why. #HearUsNiantic
