Godot started banning people left and right due to massive negative engagement on their tweet. There are 2 leadership lessons that we can draw from this : 1. Consistency is a must trait in leadership. 2. Leaders need to be accountable. Godot leadership did neither of them.

Godot leadership instead of opening up, apologizing and providing transparency, close down by making their posts private. There is no accountability whatsoever in Godot.
