It gets worse … British Airways have now failed to get the critical lost bag on the flight they said they would (one bag did make it) and now they casually say oh don’t worry it will be in Munich on 22nd Jan. Why Munich when Inmsbruck or Milan much closer

It is just relentless - British Airways take no responsibility.They take money, and fail to deliver. Fine,mistakes happen but surely when they do the bags of those affected get priority. But no they get 48 hour delay before they “might turn up” for a 72 hour holiday.
