New paper led by the fantastic Roshni Patel and Rachel Ungar: 'Increasing equity in science requires better ethics training: A course by trainees, for trainees.' This is work I feel so strongly about as having an impact.

This is such a critical message that I think gets lost in all the conversation about there not being enough ‘time’ or students being so busy already. Many students WANT this training - we have a responsibility to find a way to provide it

So excited to share our work describing our experience creating & teaching a class on genetics,ethics, & society! tl;dr- bioethics education on relationship between science/scientists/society is impactful, something students want, and important for structural change in our field
