Hilarious activity of the morning: looking up a high school on Google Maps and stumbling on the reviews left there by students. “2 stars. Would be 5 stars but my French teacher was Mme. X.” Brutal

We’re at our #accessible concert featuring the incredible @okanmusicac, who dedicated their song Aguila to the moms who dedicate themselves to a better life for their kids. We hope the parents are listening! We’re looking you! . @XeniaConcerts Flato Markham Theatre

If someone tells you they’re tone deaf, ask them to say “uh oh.” If their voice goes up on the second syllable, you know they’re telling the truth.

It was so great to see this concept come together today! The music and the ASL came together so beautifully with the artwork, and the audience loved it. Thanks to our wonderful team at Art Gallery of Ontario and @XeniaConcerts, and to our artists Kyla, Gaitrie, and Scott!

Wow. I got my first #ChatGPT-written paper for an undergrad assignment on positionality. This line was the tell: “I do not have a personal history, identity, or culture in the traditional sense because I am an artificial intelligence language model.” Ooof!

Some quotes from attendees at our @XeniaConcerts show on Sunday. Hard to know how to feel. It’s good that we’re fulfilling a need, but Xenia shouldn’t have a near-monopoly on concerts people feel comfortable bringing their young and/or Autistic children to. We can all do better.

Having a terrible customer experience with GiftAFeeling. On the left is the mockup I approved. On the right is an example of the shirts they printed. The graphic is clearly off centre, and they’re refusing to reprint the shirts. Many emails back and forth to no avail.
