Really pleased to have undertaken and passed my first NHS Leadership Academy 💙 programme. It can be very easy to neglect self development and really grateful to have been supported and encouraged.

On Friday I visited Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust with BSW Together. It was fantastic to see their innovative work to create an Integrated Front Door for UEC, grow and develop their workforce and embed improvement across the Trust.
