Eagles signed safety Justin Evans, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport. Evans was Tampa’s 2nd-rd pick in 2017. Started 21 games for Bucs in 2017 & 2018. Sidelined by injuries in 2019 and 2020.

Came back and played 15 games (4 starts) with Saints last year. Has 4 career INTs
